Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need an appointment?

Nope!  We are a walk-in practice so no appointment necessary.

If you bring your pet in during our walk-in hours, it will be seen and serviced.

If you'd like to save your spot, you can call ahead or use our online booking tool to get placed on our schedule.

  • Are you a primary veterinarian or an urgent care vet?

    Both!

We would love to be your primary veterinarian.

We also offer urgent care for non-life-threatening emergencies.

  • Are you open at night or on weekends?

We offer extended hours and weekend availability!  We are open on Saturdays!  We are open on Sundays!

Please check our site for our  hospital's hours of operation.

  • What time should I arrive so my pet can be seen?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before close.

In most cases, the earlier in the day the better so that we can address your pet's issues.

We are a slot reservation and walk-in clinic but please call to let us know you are on your way if there is not a reservation made to ensure you can be seen.

  • How long are your wait times?

Due to quality of care we provide and the nature of being a walk-in urgent care vet clinic, our wait times can be unpredictable.

If you'd like to reserve your spot, give us a call or use our online booking tool.

This will help you avoid any potential wait times.

  • What should I expect during my visit?

    1. The Veterinarian will perform a physical examination. The Veterinarian will discuss all findings and provide a treatment plan estimate for any/all diagnostic and treatments if necessary.
    2. A team member will go over the estimate before starting any of the diagnostics tests or treatments.
    3. We will perform the diagnostics and/or treatments that you approve.
    4. The Veterinarian will prescribe medications and write you a discharge summary to take home for your reference.
    5. We can email your invoice to you and your pet’s medical record to their primary care Veterinarian.
